From what I understand the biggest issue with flying then is morning sickness. Im just starting week 5 and everything makes me nauseous. I flew from US to Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and back to US. The longest flight that I took was the flight from Malaysia back to US. That time I was already 11th week pregnant. It was more than 20 hours in total. I didnt' have much problem. I could actually eat on the plane. I got a really comfortable seat, no one was beside me. Just be sure to stand up and walk around every 2 3 hours. Don't get dehydrated. I took an empty bottle with me and refilled it whenever possible on the plane so that I don't have to ring the bell all the time.
