Look at the Lasik request as compared with the SEO request. Both have 0s therefore to their purchase rating. I'd write for that Lasik customer without hesitation but I'd be fewer incliend to write for any SEO customer just based on the way they worded their demands. Also, the date gives a person a clue too. Now, if it were a few weeks old and continue to showed a zero, I'd figure the buyer's not serious, but since it's a weekend and also the request is just per day or two old, then I'd give him the power of the doubt (providing not surprisingly that I was serious about writing about that particular topic). That said, SEO articles are quite popular, so if I were so inclined, I'd write one and submit it on the SEO guy. I wouldn't be confident in this guy buying it but We would be confident in another client buying it influenced by the popularity of the subject.
