The old Tanger 1 buildings were torn down and the yearlong building process is almost complete. Officials expect most of the stores should be ready to open by the March 31 openingday ceremonies. Panera Bread and Longhorn Steakhouse are nearing completion, but the highlyanticipated Olive Garden will not open until later because of delays with obtaining permits.

Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge and style icon to the world, may be up against her greatest clothing challenge since the weddingChristmas Day at Sandringham Palace. Her new familythe British Royal Familydo Christmas in a very formal way. And actually, says Daily Mail, that first Christmas with new inlaws is always a "daunting experience," but Kate's is downright "nervewracking".
To a normal, unroyal person, that seems unbelievable, but royal etiquette expert Jean BrokeSmith has outlined the schedule for Kate Middleton: "Kate will need a casual outfit for breakfast, a smart outfit and a hat for the morning church service, a dress for lunch, a cocktail dress for early evening drinks and a fulllength dress for the evening meal." And a further caveat: "The golden rule is nothing too short, too revealing or too gaudy."
Why it's necessary to change again between cocktails and dinner is difficult for most people to understandperhaps Ms. BrokeSmith will explainbut the dress differences are likely "short" and then "long". The world will be waiting to see what Kate Middleton wears. She has been shopping at Zara, but also ordering from Alexander McQueen. Stay tuned.

erin burnett joins cnbc NBC Chief Executive Bob Wright met Erin Burnett during a visit to Bloomberg in November of 2005, where he was scheduled for an interview with Charlie Rose. Impressed by her presentation skills and professionalism, he recommended her to CNBC President Mark Hoffman, who was in the process of revamping his network to attract younger viewers. At the beginning of December, Erin Burnett made her debut on CNBC as cohost of Squawk On The Street with coanchor Mark Haines. She was also handed anchoring duties for the network Street Signs program.
Erin Burnett classmates at St. Andrew Boarding School voted her "Most Likely To Host A Talk Show" in her graduating yearbook. While the work she does at CNBC doesn precisely qualify her as a talk show host, she has risen to the rank of business news anchor and interviewer for the financial news network. In addition to anchoring economic news reports, Erin Burnett has also interviewed some of the world leading entrepreneurs, executives and economists. The viewer ratings for Street Signs shot up by 57% amongst the 25 to 54 age group during her first three months with the program, while Squawk On The Street numbers saw an amazing 142% leap for the same demographic and time period. Erin Burnett is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and earned a Deadline Club Award for Business Reporting in 2006 as a member of the council.
Erin Burnett soon left CNN to serve as vice president at Citigroup/CitiMedia, where she was put in charge of Citigroup online financial news network, targeting retail and institutional investors. In 2003, she left Citigroup when she was hired to anchor the Bloomberg On The Markets program on Bloomberg Television. She eventually took on hosting duties for their In Focus show as well, and remained with the network until 2005.

In the interview, Warren said "I have thrown rocks at people that I think are in the wrong." The Massachusetts GOP uses this soundbite to paint Warren as radical, divisive and frankly a little scary! The creepy soundtrack and intense horrormovie edits also help with their message. I just threw a big one at Cain. By his own admission he has shown to be a parasite of all activist from his youth on. The least he can do is admit that his parents taught him to be a coward and wait until someone bring about the change. If it was up to him, African Americans would still be segregated or would never have learned to read. I can't imagine any of our black fellow citizens can vote for him. What kind of representation could he give to the world about this country's journey to create a better country for all. And what he thinks of the poor is immoral. The Republican Party needs somebody with a unique message like that of Elizabeth Warren to stand up/be counted/lead the Party in a new direction that would inspire hope/vision dreams/instill vigor in the hearts of all Americans and not just the unreasonably DUMB! QUICO!
GOP's scary Elizabeth Warren ad
Talking Points Memo turned our attention today to a new web ad against Elizabeth Warren who is running against incumbent Republican Scott Brown for the Massachusetts Senate seat. The ad, created by the Massachusetts Republican Party, focuses around a statement Warren made in an interview with MSNBC's own Rachel Maddow.

These bags are the perfect size for small kitchen or bathroom garbage can bags. Stop buying small garbage bags when old plastic grocery bags work like a charm.
Poop scoop bags are the latest fashion trend among pet owners. While these cute little bags come in fun colors and prints, they are still poop bags. Use your grocery bags and skip this canine fashion trend.
