Tip #2:

Explain how the manipulated variable affected or changed the responding variable

The best way to write a conclusion is to tell how your manipulated variable influenced (if at all) your responding variable. The point of your experiment was to see if the MV would affect the RV. Explain what you found out about the relationship of the MV and the RV.
